Tumblers have stainless steel interiors and the taste and smell is quite different from a plastic bottle. Some people may not be used to the taste until they have adapted to it. A metallic taste may occur as well until properly cleaned. Here are a few tips for initial cleaning:
*Hand wash tumbler thoroughly with water, dish soap, and a teaspoon of baking soda.
*If that doesn't fully work, try having the solution sit overnight inside and rinse in the morning.

Tumbler care:
~Tumblers are stainless steel interiors and the taste and smell is quite different from a plastic bottle. Some people may not be used to the taste until they have adapted to it. A metallic taste may occur as well until properly cleaned. Here are a few tips for initial cleaning:

~Please hand wash your tumblers. High heat is used to transfer the image to the tumbler. If your dishwasher is cleaning at a high heat, you run the risk of "burning" the image off of your tumbler. Although dishwashers may not get as hot as need to burn it, we recommend not taking the risk of ruining your item.
Shirts/hoodie’s:
~Please wash all apparel in cold water, inside out and dry on low heat or hang dry
~ DTF prints are sensitive to harsh chemicals, heat, and aggressive washing cycles. Improper care can cause your design to start cracking and fade.
What is Direct-To-Film (DTF)?
~Direct to film is printed on a special paper and then a powder is put on the back and it’s cured with a heat press. The printed image is then placed onto the shirt and pressed.
~Direct to film can be put on any color and on any fabric
~With direct to film, when you do your first wash, there is a slight possibility that leftover powder residue could be left on your other clothes. If there is, re-wash your items and the powder should be completely removed. You should not have this issue after the first wash
