Refund policy
Refunds:
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do NOT offer refunds.
If you have issues with your order, contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery and we will try to resolve them.
Exchanges due to damages or issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If it is determined that an item is defective or damaged (holes, tears, etc.) we will exchange the item for you. If there is evidence of package mishandling or the shipment is lost in transit, please reach out to the shipping company first.
Sizing:
Questions regarding sizing should be asked prior to ordering, as exchanges will not be provided for sizing issues.
